When we told our kids we were looking for...

When we told our kids we were looking for a new vehicle they suggested we go to Heiser Chevrolet. We met with Brian and Jason, told them what we were looking for and they lead us to the vehicle we are now the proud owners of, a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. Both were knowledgeable, helpful and through, they carefully explained the car from top to bottom and welcomed us back in the future if we had any questions. We had a recall on our traverse. We called and you got us in right away. The service was done quickly and the car came back looking like new. It was cleaned inside and out! I have not seen it that clean since the day I drove it away new from your dealership. I have a 2013 Chevrolet Impala LT. I love my new car and I love the lumbar seat support. When my back hurts I take a ride in my car and the backache goes away. I thought I had a very difficult car...

I thought I had a very difficult car problem. The first thing I recieved was comforting assurance that it would be analyzed and would be corrected as efficiently and as cost-reasonably as possible. I would be informed if the problem was as serious as I thought it might be. It proved to be far less problematic than I had thought it would be, and as usual, the Heiser crew did the job quickly and efficiently and I was back of the steering wheel sooner than I had expected. I don't have car problems very often,but when I do I go to Heiser Chevrolet. I have never been disappointed.
