Insisted that they fix "several oil and coolant leaks"

Insisted that they fix "several oil and coolant leaks" totaling $2700, before they can begin diagnosing an issue with my intake manifold valve cover. This was an issue that should be covered under extended warranty for my 2013 Chevy Cruze. However, those fluid levels have been stable for weeks. I went to another mechanic that I trust to not overcharge me, he replaced the valve cover and my issue was remedied.

Loved the silverado.

Loved the silverado. After I has it for a cpl weeks I noticed the bumper had developed cracks. After investigating I noticed the bumper was held on with zip ties. Was told by Dave this was a new trade in and we didn't check it for cosmetic issues just safety. Hmmm you mean you checked it cosmeticlywgen when got traded in to evaluate price for trade in, and them did not fix the bumper only to pass it on to me the sucker. Not a gd way to keep customers. When telling my friend Jorge at solos body shop who you sold a b4and new truck to also had issues with paint problems but ya didn't know he owned a body shop and tried screwing him as well.when I pulled in to talk to Dave was told he would talk with his manager to see what they could do....been weeks now. This dealership will say and do anything to get the deal don't and won't do a xxxx thing when the customer is unhappy was told you bought a used truck. If I wanted a xxx I would have went to the corner used car dealership. I came here to heisler and paid twice as much for their xxx.

Nice people , but I was told that my first oil change

Nice people , but I was told that my first oil change would be free. When I went in for my first oil change I was told that because it was over 1 year since I purchased the truck from Amy at Heiser -West Allis that I would have to pay for it. I paid $50 + for an oil change that was supposed to have been free. I appreciate the dealership for working on the price or it would have been higher. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought at Heiser. First oil change is free means first oil change should be free with no time limits. I was never told about a time restriction. I had a bad taste in my mouth when I left Heiser.

My Suburban is still not fixed.

My Suburban is still not fixed. Almost a year with problems after problems. The floor pannel just after they fixed it. And they put in a new sencor for the rear door and it still glitches. I should be able to at least take about 10 thousand of this Suv and bummber to bummper full life time warrenty.

It was frustrating to supposedly need things done/changed they said. Have to trust them but it can be hard when it comes with huge price tag-only good thing is they found rebates that significantly decreased costs in the end. They did a great job in understanding my timeline issues and handling it very professionally. In the end all was well.

I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced memorial

I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced memorial weekend. I started hearing a rattle 2 weeks after the brakes were replaced. I took the car in on 6/7 and was told the brake pads that were put on my car were too short and that the “give” was causing the rattle. They had to order new parts and told me my car was safe to drive until I could bring it back in which was today 6/11. I had the brakes redone today with no charge however I was told today that the brake pads were not to short but defective which was concerning as well. It’s hard to write everything down that was explained to me but I feel that the overall concern that was given to me regarding defective brakes was minimal. It’s a safety concern in my eyes. No apologies for the inconveniences it caused me either. I’m super dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service I received today (6/11). I feel my safety was compromised and feel I deserved better customer service and a partial or total refund for my inconveniences. This is the last car I buy and have serviced by Heiser. My car is older and I was going to trade it in later this summer but will take my service elsewhere.

Was t really informed to what was going on. I had to ask all the time. Not one update, disappointed. Wasted a whole day there when it was supposed to be around 3 hrs. And in the waiting room, I got a cup of coffee and had ants in my cup. Told the receptionist and they didn’t even go check. The really got me going. I think someone should have checked. I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced memorial

I had my front brake pads and rotors replaced memorial weekend. I started hearing a rattle 2 weeks after the brakes were replaced. I took the car in on 6/7 and was told the brake pads that were put on my car were too short and that the “give” was causing the rattle. They had to order new parts and told me my car was safe to drive until I could bring it back in which was today 6/11. I had the brakes redone today with no charge however I was told today that the brake pads were not to short but defective which was concerning as well. It’s hard to write everything down that was explained to me but I feel that the overall concern that was given to me regarding defective brakes was minimal. It’s a safety concern in my eyes. No apologies for the inconveniences it caused me either. I’m super dissatisfied and disappointed in the customer service I received today (6/11). I feel my safety was compromised and feel I deserved better customer service and a partial or total refund for my inconveniences. This is the last car I buy and have serviced by Heiser. My car is older and I was going to trade it in later this summer but will take my service elsewhere.

Loved the silverado.

Loved the silverado. After I has it for a cpl weeks I noticed the bumper had developed cracks. After investigating I noticed the bumper was held on with zip ties. Was told by Dave this was a new trade in and we didn't check it for cosmetic issues just safety. Hmmm you mean you checked it cosmeticlywgen when got traded in to evaluate price for trade in, and them did not fix the bumper only to pass it on to me the sucker. Not a gd way to keep customers. When telling my friend Jorge at solos body shop who you sold a b4and new truck to also had issues with paint problems but ya didn't know he owned a body shop and tried screwing him as well.when I pulled in to talk to Dave was told he would talk with his manager to see what they could do....been weeks now. This dealership will say and do anything to get the deal don't and won't do a xxxx thing when the customer is unhappy was told you bought a used truck. If I wanted a xxx I would have went to the corner used car dealership. I came here to heisler and paid twice as much for their xxx.

I had to send the estimate in after calling multiple

I had to send the estimate in after calling multiple times and giving my insurances email address. They then told me they'd call when the parts came in and I had to call and then they couldn't get me in right away. Then they told me it would take 2-3 weeks for repairs and they ended up having my car for 6 weeks. They also never told me that they had to resend in an estimate to my insurance since repairs were going to cost more. I just had to keep calling for updates because they weren't contacting me. Very disappointmented about the entire experience. Will never go back.

My first time at this shop location and with a new

My first time at this shop location and with a new insurance company (Progressive). I was having issues with them taking forever to approve my claim. Instead of turning me away with no vehicle to use while my car was at the shop waiting to get fixed they gave me a rental. They didn’t have to do that at all and I’m so grateful that they understood my situation and put their trust in me to let me use the rental. They also earned my trust and earned a loyal customer. I highly recommend!

It was. The worst dealership I went to in my life. It took over 7 hours to purchase a vehicle. Did you don't know how to take rebates? G M rebates or health care rebates. At all. I had a small scratch on defender. It took them over a week to get ahold of me to make an appointment to get it fixed. It was fixed very nicely after all the wait. It was missing a part in the box for the goose neck. Hitch. Plastic little inseit took them 3 weeks to get the part and they were supposed to delivery a week ago and finally I went down and got it.
