Prescribed service included items that were not needed - got a second opinion at a local shop and there were 3 items noted from the dealership that were not needed. Was over quoted for work by more than $2,000. Would not trust the service from here moving forward.

And in the waiting room, I got a cup of coffee and had ants in my cup. Told the receptionist and they didn’t even go check. The really got me going. I think someone should have checked. My Suburban is still not fixed. Almost a year with problems after problems. The floor pannel just after they fixed it. And they put in a new sencor for the rear door and it still glitches. I should be able to at least take about 10 thousand of this Suv and bummber to bummper full life time warrenty.

First time I went there they said my broken rear

First time I went there they said my broken rear windshield wiper wasnt covered under warranty, went somewhere else and it was covered. Next time they tried charging me for an oil change when I specifically told them not to do anything unless I approved. Then ij the matter of a couple a couple weeks the diag fee more than doubled in price and when I asked another customer service employee, they said the diag was like $100 less than what the first person said.

This dealership used aftermarket parts on my car but told

This dealership used aftermarket parts on my car but told my insurance company that they would be using Lincoln parts. The collision center denied it. I came back three times with regards to the hood until the general manager took over and they finally replaced the hood .They gave false information to Carfax regarding odometer reading. The general manager never called me back after replacing the fake hood with a Lincoln car hood. I called for days on end trying to report my odometer reading, They denied giving the wrong odometer reading to Carfax until Carfax sent a email and informed me that they indeed receive the odometer reading information from Heiser Chevrolet. Heiser Chevrolet had added on 50,000 miles more than what my SUV odometer stated, my odometer read 41,000 miles they heiser Chevrolet said I had 91,000 miles. I spent with them $16,000 for repairs and it was just a fiasco from start to finish. The folks and Collision Centet was very hostile and spoke with me very abrasive Lee and moments I am afraid to drive the car and I informed Collision Centet that I was afraid to drive it so I don’t know what they may or may not have done to it. I don’t find them to be trustworthy at all.

I had to send the estimate in after calling multiple

I had to send the estimate in after calling multiple times and giving my insurances email address. They then told me they'd call when the parts came in and I had to call and then they couldn't get me in right away. Then they told me it would take 2-3 weeks for repairs and they ended up having my car for 6 weeks. They also never told me that they had to resend in an estimate to my insurance since repairs were going to cost more. I just had to keep calling for updates because they weren't contacting me. Very disappointmented about the entire experience. Will never go back.

Overall the experience was good.

Overall the experience was good. But once we decided to buy the vehicle getting through the entire process of signing papers and being handed the keys took longer than it should have.
