After a few years of vowing never to come back after a very bad experience(that was never resolved satisfactorily)and dealing with a horribly rude former female manager, I decided to give Heiser service another try after finding out they had a new manager and many new staff. I wish I could leave ten stars. My wife's 2015 Chevorlet Equinox was having engine trouble and we thought the car was totaled permanently. I've had good experiences with other Heiser dealerships, so we took it to the service center at this location. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure that we knew what was wrong with the car, and when we were able to get a warranty to fix the engine, he made sure that all the necessary work got completed as soon as possible. Can't recommend this place enough.

I came into the dealer with a slim chance of making the deal I wanted to happen. Dave, Sean and Rashard put in some serious work to overcome my credit and negative equity issues. Not only did I drive off in a 2026 Equinox EV, they also lowered my interest rate by more than half and got me into a 3 year lease! I was not expecting such an amazing outcome but they delivered! I would recommend the team at Heiser to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Sales associate was good, no pressuring for talking about the vehicle. Sales associate did not have both keys at time of sale, I had to come back another day to get the second key due to it being late in the day when deal was finalized. Sales associate got a little snippy when I asked about protection package being added to the sale and me not agreeing to it. He stated “well you didn’t disagree when I discussed this”, never once asked if I wanted it or not.
I was very happy with my visit to Heiser. I received great customer service. The young man who helped me was super nice. Service was quick - waiting area was clean and employees all greeted me with a hello.
This was the most positive experience we have ever had with a car dealership. Amy was so through & service detailed. Customer service was exceptional. We highly recommend this dealership.
Service representatives were polite, gave a very nice verbal rundown of the inspection report, and answered questions rather than just handing a paper copy to me with the receipt. The overall turnaround time of ~1h for a simple oil change seems a bit long, but the waiting area is comfortable with WiFi to enable me to continue working while I wait. While the coffee is not exactly exquisite, with bitter undertones of and hints of ashtray, the price is right.
I had a fantastic experience working with Jason at Heiser! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.

Any, was very hard to reach. She didn't return phone calls or respond to emails until management told her to reach out. I did not get all of my questions answered regarding lease end buy out. I got some of my questions answered by G.M. financing not the dealership or financing. I am still missing IOU parts that were never fulfilled. I asked Lucas a question about my check engine light being on I asked if it’s urgent to get looked at he said shrugged and said “I don’t know it won’t leave you stranded on the side of the road” he was rude to me but much nicer when my boyfriend came over. Very rude

David Shepard is a great salesman. About the only salesman I have ever really enjoyed working with. This is the second time working with him and he is exactly what all salesman should strive to be. He is extremely helpful and attentive to anything that came up even after the sale.
I have used Heiser Cheverolet for my maintenance needs on my previous Silverado and the service has always been outstanding. Hence, my reason for returning and buying my new Silverado from them. Had a good experience buying my car. Part of my decision to buy from Heiser, is the location is only 1 block from my house. Stephen was very informative about the operation and features of the car. Made me confident I was buying the right vehicle. Then I went to sign the final papers with Brad and I instantly got second thoughts with Brad stating the many things that could go wrong with the car. I declined all the extra coverages and I'll decide on extended warranties within the next 3 years. All said, I'm happy with my purchase.

I live in Greenfield and there is a closer Chevy dealer to my house. I used them once and wasn’t impressed. So now I drive a little farther for better customer service. I used your service department as well as the body shop.. Both departments have gone out of their way to service my needs. overall, the employees all seem happy must be because of management.
They listen to your concerns and go out of their way to help you. They’re very courteous, employees and friendly. Happy employees make happy customers.

car wash seems to be broken evert time I bring my vehicles in for service.
The lug nut tool was not put back in my car and almost everything in the glove box was on the passenger side floor never had this problem before

I was going up north, they were booked up needed it done the next day , so they squeezed me in also did an inspection of everything even changed my air filters I watched so I could do myself next time the one on the top no problem but the other was behind the glove box which I now know how to change it out many thanks to the service Dept
