I just wanted to post this and give xxxxxxto Matt Myzska the Service Manager and Brian Crandall, for giving my son (a first-time buyer here) He bought a used car from them and 2 days later noticed 2 engine lights on and an oil leak. They had him bring it in and fixed everything right away, no questions asked. Any other dealership would have said that's on you, nothing we can do now. Matt and Brian took customer service to a whole different level making sure, and we will keep buying cars from them and referring others as well.

Had a good experience buying my car.
Had a good experience buying my car. Part of my decision to buy from Heiser, is the location is only 1 block from my house. Stephen was very informative about the operation and features of the car. Made me confident I was buying the right vehicle. Then I went to sign the final papers with Brad and I instantly got second thoughts with Brad stating the many things that could go wrong with the car. I declined all the extra coverages and I'll decide on extended warranties within the next 3 years. All said, I'm happy with my purchase.

Any, was very hard to reach. She didn't return phone calls or respond to emails until management told her to reach out. I did not get all of my questions answered regarding lease end buy out. I got some of my questions answered by G.M. financing not the dealership or financing. I am still missing IOU parts that were never fulfilled. I was contemplating purchasing a Chevy blazer and trading in the equinox, Amy never got back to me with the amount Heiser would offer for the equinox as promised.Poor customer service experience this time around with Heiser Chevy.
